Design and Construction

The Hallberg-Rassy 40 features a hand-laid GRP hull with Divinycell PVC-foam insulation, offering excellent thermal insulation and noise reduction. The deck, coachroof, and cockpit areas are constructed using sandwich laminate with solid teak laid in silicon rubber, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. Cockpit and Deck Layout

The spacious cockpit is designed for comfort and functionality, featuring high-gloss varnished folding teak tables, both in the cockpit and at the navigation station.
