2000 Nordic Tug 42' 42 Snowy Owl

The Nordic Tug 42 has been a popular performer on the water and in the marketplace since the designs introduction in 1995. Just detailed from stem to stern, Snowy Owl is a well kept example of the design.

This particular Nordic was ordered with a number of custom features that set her apart from her sisters, namely a 635HP Cummins. This additional power allows for normal efficient displacement cruising speeds yet is capable of maintaining a comfortable 14 knot cruise when desired. Experienced owners appreciate to ability to run faster when warranted to improve stability in a sloppy sea state or manage tidal currents. 

The unique chariot style flybridge is a perfect place to take in the view and bow and stern thrusters take the drama out of docking.  Recent upgrades include Lithium house batteries.
