1989 Ocean Alexander 42' 420 SUNDECK Annie Em

Annie Em, is a 1989 Ocean Alexander Sundeck that has the quality and style that people have come to love about Ocean Alexander yachts. She has a V-modified hull, with cored hull sides, and a small shallow keel.

Annie Em has a transferrable slip on the South A Dock (last pictures shown), with a great view of Jetty Island!

She features a large salon with a wraparound settee with a lower helm station to starboard and bar space that opens up to the down galley below. The galley features a Empress electric 3-burner stove and oven, Tundra refrigerator and freezer, and a double sink.

To starboard of the galley is a comfortable dinette table with more than enough room for 4 and cozy with 6. Moving forward is an offset double v-berth and just aft is a day head (no wet head/shower).

All the way to aft is a large master stateroom with a large island queen bed, dressing table, large closet, and lots of storage.

Annie Em has great engine room access. You can lift the stairs going down to the galley for access, lift the hatches in the salon, or review the shafts and transmission from the aft stateroom stairs.
