PRICE DROP!!!! NOW ONLY $36,000.00!!!!!

COME AND SEE " DOROTHY-JANE", A GREAT EXAMPLE OF A  CARVER 3607 AFT CABIN NOW, BEFORE IT’S GONE!! ONLY 1130HRS ON MERCRUISER V8’s.

This is a great freshwater and undercover kept example of the popular 3607 aft cabin. With low hours, this would make a great weekender, extended cruiser, or liveaboard/floating condo. The boat is in overall great shape, and ready for her next owner.

Designed to be able to cruise at low trawler type speeds of 8-10kts efficiently, she can also cruise at 15-17kts which is the normal cruising speed, or get up and do over 20kts to get somewhere in a hurry! With dual help stations, you can run from the lower helm in poor conditions, or from the upper helm when conditions are better.

Entry from port or stbd, allows you to go forward to the foredeck where there is an ample amount of space to lounge in the sun, or handle lines and fenders when coming into a dock. Moving aft, there is a good sized aft deck, where it is possible to have a table and chairs for those morning breakfasts on the hook in a quiet lagoon somewhere, or lunchtime/dinnertime cocktails with family and friends. Up a few steps, and you’re at the flybridge helm station, and forward of that is seating for guests to keep you company while underway. There is a Roskelley Olsson davit on the transom, that allows for easy launch and retrieval of a dinghy. Below that, is an ample swim platform to allow boarding of the dinghy, and allow swimmers to enter or exit the water.

Back down the flybridge stairs, and turn left to go down into the salon via a short set of stairs. Once in the salon, you will see the lower helm station forward and to stbd of the salon, where you will find the electrical panel and entertainment system to stbd of the help. To the portside are chairs/table to sit and watch the flatscreen TV mounted on the aft portside of the salon, in the quiet evenings. Down the aft salon stairs, and you are in the master stateroom, with a queen size island berth, and full head and shower en-suite. The head and small vanity are both on the portside of the master, and provide a couple the perfect living space away from the rest of the vessel. There is a lot of storage in the master stateroom.

Back up the stairs, into the salon, and then down a few stairs forward of the salon, and you are in the galley and and dining area. The U-shaped dinette converts to another berth to be able to sleep two more guests. The galley is complete with dual stainless sinks, a large Norcold fridge/freezer combo, a Princess 3 burner propane stove and oven, and plenty of storage!

Forward of the galley, there is a head and shower to portside, and a sink and mirror to stbd side for the guests in the dinette and forward stateroom to share. The forward stateroom (v-berth) has a good size berth, allowing for another two guest to repose here. There is also access to the anchor locker from here too.

There is access to the engines and Onan genset from the galley area, or from the salon by lifting the floor panel.
