Well, where to start! "LATITUDE" is well worth making the time to schedule a viewing, because if you are in the market for a flybridge motor yacht type vessel, then you will know this is the boat for you! 

Right from when you walk up to "LATITUDE" you will know before you step onboard that she has been looked after. Barely a blemish in the gelcoat, just over 600 hours on the twin Hino diesels, a clean interior and engine space, you can’t go wrong. Stepping onto the after deck through the transom door from the swim platform, you are immediately into a great lounging space. With full canvas with Eisenglass surrounding the cockpit, you can either be completely out of the weather in the cooler months, or opened up to let the summer breezes blow over you while sipping a cool beverage at anchor. There is also a wetbar and storage on the aft deck. The deck hatches in the aft deck get you right down to the transmissions and shaft seals, as well as steering gear etc. 

The dinghy is stored on the swim platform mounts, and there are overhead davits to lift. The davits are mounted to the hardtop over the aft deck/cockpit, the hardtop also adds to the flybridge deck, creating an additional area to put a deck chair or two and just enjoy the view! There is also ample seating on the flybridge for guests to accompany the helmsman piloting the vessel, and a bimini to take shade under from the sun. One could put a couple of sunbeds out on the foredeck for some sunbathing or lounging even whilst underway.

Into the salon, and immediately to your portside (left), you have a few steps down to the master stateroom, which has a king size berth for some serious space to get some good sleep! Not many 38ft boats out there can boast a king size bed!! For the master stateroom, you can access the front of the engines through removable panels, and also get into the tech space. There is a small sink and faucet in the master, to use for brushing teeth and washing ones face etc.The master stateroom does have a good amount of storage too.  

Back up into the salon, and there is a great dinette to the portside, which can convert into another sleeping arrangement, great for the kids or grandkids. The dinette seats about 5-6 people comfortably. The lower help is to the starboard side of the salon, and gives the helmsman a great position to run the boat from in bad weather. All the electrical panels (12vdc and 110vac) are found here, as well as all meters etc. There is no generator on the vessel, but there is a 2000 Watt Inverter that will provide enough power for TV’s, laptops and charging phones etc. 

Forward, and down the stairs from the salon into the galley to portside, and the head and shower to stbd. The boat has a Vacuflush head system onboard. The galley is well equipped with a Hillerange three burner stove with oven, dual stainless sinks, a Seaward Propane control system, a Daewoo microwave, and a Norcold fridge/freezer. There is plenty of counter space and storage too. 

The forward V-berth will sleep two, and has easy access to the head and galley areas, with it’s own sliding partition for some privacy.
