"TANQUERAY", A 1985 BAYLINER 3870, IS A SHINING EXAMPLE OF AN UPGRADED AND WELL KEPT VESSEL. TWO CUSTOM HARDTOPS, FULL CANVAS, LOW ENGINE HOURS, FULL Â ELECTRONICS SUITE, AND MUCH MUCH MORE!!! CALL TODAY TO MAKE "TANQUERAY" YOURS!!
" TANQUERAY" Â is turn key ready, and needs nothing to go cruising today. The owners have spent a lot of time and money to make "TANQUERAY" an extremely comfortable boat, whether at dock, or out on the water. With her two custom aluminum (powder-coated) hardtops and full canvas, she provides great protection from the elements, and adds another large area to relax aft of the flybridge seating. A full suite of electronics, including a laptop ( with Coastal Explorer) which has only ever been used on/for the boat, is there to aid in your navigation.Â
Stepping onto "TANQUERAY’S"aft deck, one finds themselves in very clean space, with easy access to the salon, the flybridge, engine room, and the swim platform with dinghy lift system. The 2004 10ft Zodiac dinghy with 25hp Mercury outboard, is easy to use with the mounted Anderson winch, used to raise and lower the dinghy into the water. Adjacent to the lift system, there is a nice Outdoor Concepts Stainless BBQ for those lazy afternoon BBQ’s while on anchor, or at the dock with friends.Â
Into the salon……… Just inside the salon door and to stbd, you find the wetbar, with stainless sink, and wait for it…………….Yes! You guessed it, your very own liquor dispenser! Push button, pump driven!! Just hookup your favorite gin, vodka, whiskey and push the button for it to pour single or double shots! There is also the original in-counter blender attachment, with original blender parts still onboard.  Forward of the wetbar, you have the lower helm where the laptop with the Coastal Explorer is located, and a removable helm chair for those times you need more space in the salon.Â
To the portside of the salon is the dinette, with seating for at least 6-8. This also forms another sleeping area. Forward, down the stairs, and into the well equipped galley (to stbd). The Norcold fridge/freezer combo unit as well as the Princess three burner stove/oven are both newer which is evident upon viewing. There is a dual stainless sink for ease of washing dishes, and a GE microwave for warming the coffee up. This clean galley features plenty of storage too!Â
To the portside of the galley, you find the guest stateroom with queen size berth, plenty of storage and access to the shower/head forward. In the head, there are custom embroidered "TANQUERAY" towels, which stay with the boat for the new owners. Forward of the guest stateroom, you find the Master Stateroom with an island queen berth, and en-suite head with sink etc for that nice private setting for owners.Â
Back out and up to the flybridge, you will find yourself running the vessel from a very comfortable helm location, with every piece of newer electronics you would need, including a slave display for the Coastal Explorer from the lower helm laptop, and Furuno Radar. From the flybridge area, one can go aft and hangout on the very spacious aft deck hardtop, with enough space for at least four deck chairs. Here you will find a plethora of  rod holders to use for fishing rods, and cleaning tools such as your brushes and mops. The flybridge is completely enclosed is high quality canvas with excellent quality Eisenglass. The forward center window has the Lexan pane with wiper to allow the helmsman to always keep a clear view of whats ahead.Â
All around, " TANQUERAY" is a great cruising vessel, with plenty of room for extra guests to share in and enjoy the time out on the water with you. Even stay warm in cooler weather with the Pro-Heat diesel furnace that happily warms the entire boat, while sipping fuel! Also included are a set of spare props, and a spare shaft.Â
