1981 Stephens 85' 85 Custom Aluminum Skylounge

Completely modernized and upgraded, this all aluminum mega yacht living in an ideal size for the owner-operator with minimal crew, or with a captain on board. She’s proudly U.S. built, boasts a unique Northwest heritage, and after top-to-bottom expansion and modernization, there is just nothing like her in layout, features and efficient functionality, period.

Built by Stephens to a uniquely efficient Jack Hargrave design, she was redesigned by John Anderson to enhance her on board spaces, integrating a NEW custom enclosed skylounge to maximize her bridge-level VIEWS. This special refit also included NEW CAT 1440-hp power package with transmissions and electronic controls, NEW bow and stern thrusters, NEW gensets and inverter, all NEW interior woodwork and more. 

A later refit enclosed the CALIFORNIA DECK and extended her COCKPIT by 10′ to create easy and spacious water-level access points. This professional customization also included mechanical upgrades of shafts, struts, props, ETC. A custom BBQ on stern with 2 live tanks  was added, along with an upper TENDER DECK with 3500-lb davit, plus a new watermaker, fresh interior coverings and carpet. All refit work was professionally done by Townsend Bay Marine in Port Townsend, WA.

With the best in modern equipment and systems, she offers go-anywhere luxury for owners and guests in (3) double staterooms plus crew. Exceptional fit and finish throughout features an inviting interior in Brazilian hardwood with rich carpeting, hardwoods and accents.
