This 1978 40′ Marine Trader is a great buy at $18,500. It is powered by a Single Lehman 120hp marine diesel, and also has an Onan genset that is not currently hooked up. The owner has put in a lot of time and money with regards to plumbing, electrical, and woodwork. The galley countertop has been replaced with an end grain bamboo counter top, the master head and shower has been remodeled with custom joinery, and he started on the master stateroom headliner. Family health issues forced an unexpected move for him, and he says everything on the boat goes with it, including any of his woodworking tools etc.

There is a newer fullsize stainless fridge/freezer in the galley, and a newer Mr Coffee coffee maker. There is a full compliment of cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery to start living aboard straight away. A stainless steel three burner propane stove and oven is on hand to cook all of your meals. Across from the galley, is the salon dinette, with seating for 4-6 people. Located to the portside aft end of the salon, is the companionway to the master stateroom.

Once in the master, there is a queen size berth aft and to port, with lots of storage in the stateroom. Fwd and to starboard slightly is the master stateroom head and separate shower.
