"MISTY ANNE" IS A TRUE 36 CLASSIC. MUCH LOVED BY HER OWNERS, SHE IS READY FOR A NEW FAMILY TO LOVE AND CARE FOR HER, IN THE NEXT CHAPTER OF THIS LOVELY LADY’S LIFE. DON’T LET HER SLIP AWAY.

MISTY ANNE has been a freshwater boat, and kept under cover, and the owner is ready to sell her, it is time. She is well known in the Portland boating scene, and if you are a GB enthusiast, you might recognize her. She comes with a 8 foot Livingston dinghy, and 8hp Evinrude outboard. Exterior needs minor paint and varnish touchups, interior is in very clean, mostly unblemished condition. Come see for yourself.

If you have been looking for a 36 single, Hull # 332 might well be the boat for you. Most of the electrical has been upgraded, and she has an Ardic diesel heater (non-op) for warmth on the cooler evenings. A Westerbeke genset will keep everything charged up while on the hook, and there is an inverter to supply AC for small overnight loads such as chargers etc.

Galley has a built in fridge (non-op), stainless sink, three burner propane stove with oven, a microwave, and an overhead extractor fan. The salon and galley being on the same level makes for great socializing while preparing food for your guests. The salons on these 36’s also allow for a great amount of natural light through the expanse of windows. The salon table unfolds to twice its stored size. Forward in the salon, is the lower helm with chartplotter, radar, GPS, VHF, and the electrical panels. Piloting from this helm allows for the captain to be part of the conversation too.

The master/aft stateroom, is ensuite with a large head and shower, as well as a large mirror behind the sink and counter top. The master berth is offset to stbd, and there is a neat desk off to the portside. Forward of the desk is a very large storage locker. There is a private entrance at the aft end of the master stateroom, allowing access to the aft deck. The stairs to access this entrance, fold up and out of the way while not in use.

Forward is the v-berth, with a good size hanging locker, under berth storage, and an ensuite head and shower, with sink and mirror too. Up forward there is good access to the anchor locker, and bookshelves along both port and stbd sides.

For those that know, these are great value, solid cruising boats with an immense following. Call the listing broker today to schedule a viewing of a true classic!
