Your new life on the water awaits. Affordable living backed by a boat builder renowned for durability and Northwest craftsmanship. Pride of ownership is evident in this one-of-a-kind HGTV worthy houseboat. Her current owners spent countless hours reinventing what a tiny home / houseboat could be.
The Tollyhome by Tollycraft was an extremely low production (estimate only 16 built) and was marketed as a luxurious and seaworthy floating home or house boat. The original Tollycraft brochure states, “an abundance of big windows invites the outdoors in, and a remarkable interior design makes for the ultimate in living, lounging and entertaining,” all of which are so true with this Tollyhome.
Fresh paint, updated interior, and geared toward living aboard the retro charm meets modern-day functionality. Walking into the Tollyhome from the bridge you are greeted with large windows, tons of light, and a full-size berth. The helm is also located in this space. Below the berth is access to the forward bilge space with exceptional storage. The tanks for the vessel are also located in this area. Stepping down from the bridge, you walk into the galley with a dining area to the port side. The galley features a fridge/freezer, 3 burner propane range with oven, and residential-size sink. Further aft there is a settee that can act as another berth. Design elements and shelving installed throughout. The large head features a separate shower stall, a newer Jabsco toilet, and large vanity. Her cabin features air conditioning, a dehumidifier, and many opening windows.
The inviting outside space is perfect for peaceful evenings on the water. The large aft deck is perfect for entertaining with a gazebo for shade. She was built with a full overhang cover for the front deck allowing for outdoor seating anytime of the year.
Recent updates within the past few years: a new Whale hot water heater, safety improvements for the propane system, new thru-hull fittings, wiring improvements, and fresh bottom paint as well as anodes. No blistering or structural issues were noted at that time.
Her current owners decommissioned the starboard engine utilizing the port engine for propulsion. She’s currently moored in Scappoose in a liveaboard marina that has stunning views of Sauvie Island, the Multnomah Channel, and quick access to Portland. Walking trails and shopping within minutes. Moorage is transferable. Beautiful setting for a beautiful home. OR move her to a marina that allows rentals and utilize this Tollyhome as the most picturesque Airbnb. The possibilities are endless.
