2008 Custom Steel Boathouse 69'

A rare opportunity to own an impressive all-steel boathouse with a beautifully finished modern apartment at Columbia River Yacht Club in Portland, Oregon.

Measuring approximately 81' x 34' overall, this substantial boathouse features a 67' x 19' well and an impressive 24' door height, providing excellent accommodation for a larger yacht.

Beyond the well, this boathouse really stands apart. The approximately 600 sq. ft. apartment has a distinctive contemporary design with warm wood finishes, abundant windows and natural light, a modern kitchen, comfortable living area, and private outdoor balcony. The upper-level walkway overlooks the boat and well below, creating a unique connection between the living space and the boathouse.

The all-steel structure and steel stringers provide substantial construction, while the interior has been thoughtfully designed to create a modern, comfortable space for relaxing and entertaining at the marina.
