Patrice Delancy
Patrice Delancy is a highly accomplished Real Estate Broker since 2001. Born in The Bahamas, while living between Bahamas and Florida, her family introduced her to boating early on and she has spent her entire life on or near the water. Her passion for yachting inspired her to attend annual Yacht shows throughout Southeast Florida as well as Monaco and Dubai. Ms. Delancy has practiced real estate in New York, New Jersey, Bahamas, Florida and Hawaii. She is the President and CEO, of Estates International Realty, Inc. in Palm Beach County Florida where she managed over 50+ agents, managed the financials and daily operation of running a successful firm, sold and leased residential and commercial real estate properties throughout Florida, as well as her own investment properties…along with being a site acquisition specialist. Patrice was featured in HGTV Bahamas Life, Season 2, Episode 4.
As a part-time resident of Hawaii, Patrice is also the President and CEO, of Hawaii Pacific Realty, Inc. where she specializes in commercial real estate. She has patience, excellent communication and peoples skills with an award winning personality. Her active lifestyle includes international travels, hosting business networking events connecting professionals & entrepreneurs together and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her passion for the boating world began in the Bahamas and was refined in Florida and later while living in southern Europe and the Middle East. During her career she has been a business advisor to clients in Montreal, Qatar, USA, along with the Bahamas. Her hobbies include tennis, salsa dancing, cycling, yachting, live polo and equestrian matches. In the midst of her active lifestyle, Patrice also maintains a credential as a Certified Health, Nutrition & Wellness professional Coach, and a Certified Florida Notary Public. She is a member of several yacht clubs in Florida.
